Our client, A well-established private equity firm in Boston is seeking a Lead Receptionist/General Office Coordinator to ensure a professional and well-organized office environment. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This position pays $26 an hour and is onsite Monday-Friday from 8am-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and seating guests professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage conference room scheduling and setup.
- Oversee office supply and kitchen inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including supply rooms and common areas.
- Submit and monitor building maintenance requests and work orders.
- Collect and distribute daily mail.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and receptionist experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks and maintain a professional environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending as needed.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
