Our client, a healthcare organization based in Peabody, MA, is seeking a Temporary Patient Experience Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite position for approximately six months, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role pays up to $21/hour. Description:
Greet and check patients in and out for a high-volume, multispecialty clinic.
Support scheduling and logistics for 25-30 rotating specialties each month.
Answer incoming calls from patients, families, providers, and insurance representatives.
Monitor daily schedules and coordinate patient flow with clinicians and supervisors.
Deliver high-level customer service to ensure smooth satellite clinic operations.
Collaborate with internal and external referring providers and practices.
Obtain prior authorizations and assist in building patient schedules.
Schedule appointments and provide administrative support throughout the patient visit.
Record and relay messages, triage calls, and escalate urgent concerns appropriately.
Provide routine clerical and administrative support as needed.
