Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and financial management across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Oversee vendor performance and negotiate service contracts.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend property enhancements.
- Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease compliance.
- Provide responsive tenant service and manage A/R collections.
- Prepare operating budgets and conduct year-end expense reconciliations.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager for financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, industrial, multi-family).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with commercial leases and service contracts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Experience with Yardi, construction, or project management is a plus.
