Our client, a higher education institution, is seeking a contracted Office Administrative Associate to provide administrative and clerical support for a couple months! This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient office operations, managing records, and supporting program staff.
About You:
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
The Job:
- Assist in developing and coordinating office processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program requirements
- Track and update student or participant information in internal databases
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Organize and maintain a shared drive for key documents and forms
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and program-related documents
- Handle calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate message-taking and follow-ups
