Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Client Advisory Team while also providing general support to the NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm with availability after-hours as needed. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, specifically the Client Advisory Team
- Calendar management; coordinate and liaise with internal employees (including portfolio managers, analysts and other admins) and external investors
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotel, and ground transportation
- Process and submit expenses
- Provide backup coverage to reception/facilities manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in a support capacity
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Organized, flexible and proactive with a team-player mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- 75-80K DOE
