Our client, a real estate firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to hire Property Support Specialist to provide much needed administrative relief for two of their teams.
About the Job:
- Handle correspondence and compose detailed messages.
- Manage calendaring, filing systems, meeting logistics, and travel coordination.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, billing/invoices, and other financial aspects.
- Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
- Maintain document management system and address database.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the SVP and department as needed.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or support role are required for this role.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred. An associates degree is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and embrace change.
- Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite is required.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$30/hr, while temporary.
- $60K-$70K, when permanent.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
