Our client, a registered investment advisor, is seeking an Office Services Meeting Coordinator in NYC. The hours are 9am-5:30pm five days in the office, with ability to look at emails after hours. This is a great chance to be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team at a well-regarded investment management firm.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule domestic and international travel, coordinating itineraries and handling logistics with a focus on global business needs
- Submit and manage expense reimbursements through Concur, liaising with the Finance team for timely processing
- Schedule in-person and virtual meetings, maintaining Outlook calendars and optimizing team schedules
- Partner with the Global Equity team to manage conference and meeting schedules, coordinating with Corporate Access and Equity Sales professionals
- Streamline workflow processes, assisting with email monitoring, meeting prep, and ad-hoc projects to support team efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years in an administrative assistant role in financial services
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Concur
- Strong written and verbal communication sills
- Team player attitude
