Our client, a hedge fund in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist to support their office. The hours are 8am-5pm, fully onsite and will start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Coordinate and receive deliveries
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set up
- Contribute towards office management by ordering supplies and scheduling events
- Ad hoc requests as needed by the office
Qualifications:
- 0-1+ years of experience in a front facing position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable individual who is eager to take initiative
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $60K base depending on experience
