Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 8/8:30am-5:30pm five days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a Principal and team
- Assist with office management coverage
- Book domestic and international travel (cars, flights, hotels)
- Submit and track expenses on behalf of the team
- Manage busy calendars
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5+ years of experience, ideally out of private equity
- No task too big or too small mentality
- Must be comfortable in a high paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100k base depending on experience plus bonus
