A growing technology company in the Gwinnett area is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the VP of HR on core human resources functions.

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including building relationships with external recruiters and developing university pipelines.

Serve as backup to payroll and benefits when the primary payroll contact is unavailable.

Create and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Collaborate on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.

Experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

A proactive, “worker bee” mindset-ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Someone who brings depth to the team, not focused on learning & development but on operational excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
