Our client, an architectural firm, is seeking a Lead Hospitality person to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am- 5pm and this role is in the office five days a week. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who would like to transition into a corporate setting with a stable schedule while staying in hospitality!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all food service on executive floor, including meetings and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms and cafes throughout the day
- Oversee food purchasing, vendor relationships, and delivery coordination
- Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking for all food-related operations
- Supervise hospitality assistant and assist with coordination of large events and group logistics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hospitality experience out of a corporate setting or hotel
- Experience supervising others
- No task too big or too small mentality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Manages well under pressure
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K base depending on experience + bonus
