Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their busy and growing Alexandria, VA office!
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple executives with daily administrative and project tasks.
- Manage complex calendar arrangements and meeting invitations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents, correspondence, meeting materials and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, catering needs, and team event logistics.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Handle office coordination tasks including working with property management, ordering office supplies, and taking on special projects.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of executive support experience required; financial services industry experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills.
- High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and resourceful problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Position Information:
- $100K-$115K, DOE with a comprehensive benefits package.
- Work in the Old Town Alexandria, VA office 5 days/week.
- Daily work hours are 8:30AM-6:00PM.
