Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm, three days in the office with two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manages calendars, prioritizes meetings, and coordinates travel and expenses
- Communicates with senior leaders to schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
- Prepares materials, takes notes, and arranges in-person/virtual events and meetings
- Supports invoice processing, vendor contracts, and new hire orientation activities
- Maintains organized files, tracks records, and provides administrative support across teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of EA experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $105K base depending on experience + bonus
