Our client, a retained, premier executive search firm, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in NYC. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, including follow-ups and proactive rescheduling when needed
- Confirm availability and send Zoom invitations across multiple time zones
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and submit candidate profiles to client systems
- Ensure a positive candidate and client experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Assist with general office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of corporate administrative support experience
- Must have scheduling experience in Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80k base depending on experience plus bonus
