Responsibilities:
- Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
- Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
- Follow protocols and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer support experience.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience using MS Office and Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $22/hr-$24/hr
- Temporary for 6-9 months.
- There is a potential for this position to extend.
- Shifts vary from 8am-7pm.
