Our client, a pioneer insurance firm, is seeking a Service Team Representative to provide high-level administrative support to their Digital Account Management Team. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to ensuring seamless client service, data accuracy, and timely document processing-perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and process insurance documents (policies, renewals, endorsements, etc.)
- Handle daily downloads and reporting from carrier systems
- Manage incoming physical mail and scan documents into internal systems
- Support internal teams with servicing requests and email communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data
- Deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
- Learn insurance operations and work toward a Property & Casualty license
What You Bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities
- High level of confidentiality and self-motivation
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma (required); customer service experience preferred
- Must be in the Chicagoland area and able to work onsite once per week
