Our client, an asset manager, is seeking a Team Assistant to join their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5/5:30pm (flex to check email after hours) and this role is in office five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general team support, including complex calendar management and multi-time zone scheduling for internal and external meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel for individuals and groups, manage expense reporting, and submit team compliance documentation
- Plan and execute logistics for small to mid-size events, including multi-day offsites and internal gatherings
- Maintain internal tracking systems, coordinate contract processes, monitor deadlines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners and prepare meeting materials
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience out of professional services
- Organized and detail oriented professional
- Must be flexible and a team player
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience
