Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk by greeting guests, offering beverages, managing incoming calls, handling mail and packages, and keeping supplies stocked
- Coordinate conference room calendars, set up Zoom meetings, manage room reservations, and support day-to-day office needs to ensure all spaces are clean and well-stocked
- Assist with meeting and event logistics including catering setup and breakdown, and provide support for Board meetings and in-person events
- Provide administrative support to junior team members with tasks like light calendaring, expense reporting, and travel booking, while also assisting visiting executives and covering for team members as needed
- Support the Office Manager with ad hoc projects such as IT system rollouts and material distribution, while monitoring supply levels and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3+ years of true EA experience
- Team player capable of providing white glove service
