About the Position:
- Develop marketing plans and a calendar, creating content for digital channels.
- Plan programs and events to support engagement; Monitor metrics and KPIs.
- Respond to inquiries and manage all online membership communication features.
- Distribute training resources for both internal and external audiences.
- Work with vendors and teams to address any technical issues within the community platform.
- Collaborate with other departments and perform additional tasks as required.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in both membership and community engagement.
- Strong Higher Logic experience is absolutely required.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Skilled in building relationships and providing top-tier customer service.
- Collaborative with a positive attitude and a go-getter mindset.
Position Information:
- $26/hr-$30/hr, while temporary.
- $58K-$63K, when permanent.
- Hybrid onsite for 1 day/week in Rockville, MD.
