Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Events Coordinator in NYC. The hours are 8:30am – 6pm (flexibility required) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of firmwide programs, including events and travel
- Source venues, draft internal communications, and maintain project management systems
- Provide on-site and virtual event support while advising planners across the firm
- Manage budgets, assist with vendor coordination, and support overall project management
- Create and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Extremely detail oriented and meticulous
- Must skilled with event logistics, client services is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K depending on experience + bonus + overtime
