Hedge Fund in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp Office Assistant. This role will start April/early May 2025. Must be flexible, team oriented and have strong attention to detail. This role will require someone to run personal errands so must feel comfortable with that aspect of the job. Hours are 9am – 5pm and the client requires part-time schedule, 3-4 days onsite for the temp period. Temp duration is 6 month – 1 year. Potential to extend/convert to perm.
Responsibilities:
- Handling mail
- Order and stock supplies
- Running errands
- General office upkeep
- Scheduling – calendar management
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Financial services experience required
- Flexibility and strong attention to detail
- Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prior office experience in a similar role
Compensation:
- 25hr – 30hr
