Non-profit located in the Seaport area of Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part-Time Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CMO. This position will be May 5th – July 21st with flexibility to start a few days before for training. Must be available to go in office up to 2 days per week depending on both executives needs. Hours are generally 10:00am-2:00pm with flexibility around these hours. Pay rate is up to $33/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage busy Outlook calendars and schedule meetings
- Book travel (domestic and international) including cars, flights, and hotels
- Handle lunch ordering and set up
- Act as Executive assistant to several executives: manage schedules, book travel, and complete expense reports
- Submit and track expense reports
Qualifications:
- Must have prior executive support experience
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Must have a “no task too small” attitude
- Ability to work without direct supervision, taking responsibility, and ownership of assigned tasks
