Reputable insurance company near Cleveland, Ohio in search of a recruiter to join their team! Searching for an individual with prior full cycle recruiting experience and strong organizational skills. This is an entry level Human Resources role offering room for growth!
Responsibilities:

Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the interview and offer process.

Extend offers and facilitate onboarding processes.

Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to monitor performance and improve outcomes.

Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruiting or HR role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred
