Our client, a high-growth professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join its lean, entrepreneurial team. As the second hire in Marketing, you’ll work directly with the Director to drive content, campaigns, and strategy across digital and brand channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including email, website, and social media (primarily LinkedIn)
- Maintain and analyze CRM and client data to support marketing strategy
- Coordinate internal and external events, branded merchandise, and award submissions
- Create and format visual content: PowerPoints, 1-pagers, infographics, firm communications
- Support marketing operations and analytics reporting
- Manage marketing tools (WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Bynder, etc.)
- Provide cross-functional support and lead internal trainings
- Maintain organized archives, asset libraries, and performance metrics
- Track competitor activity and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a marketing role within investment banking, consulting, or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design preferred)
- Ability to be onsite 4 days per week
- Strong writing, design, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems
- Experience with Cvent, Intapp, or Google Analytics a plus
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments
