Our client, a leading sector-focused growth equity investment firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Estate Manager to support the Managing Partner in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The hours are 9am-6pm five days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Full personal calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage expenses and household-related finances
- Oversee various projects and vendors
- Plan and execute private events
- Act as liaison between principals and household staff
Requirements:
- Must live within 30 minutes of Litchfield County, CT
- Prior experience in a similar hybrid PA/Estate Management role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Discreet, proactive, and able to work with a 24/7 service mentality
- Comfortable collaborating with household staff (housekeeper is already on-site)
- Event planning experience is a plus
