Leading Real Estate brokerage firm seeks to hire a Temp Part-Time Receptionist for a new development in Williamsburg (Brooklyn). This is a dynamic role which includes tasks such as answering phones, meeting and greet agents and potential clients, ensuring COVID-19 protocols are followed for logging in and out of the office, running credit checks, preparing board packages and other documentation, assisting agents with requests, receiving and distributing mail, database management, and other standard admin tasks such as (typing, filing, copying and faxing). Our client is seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills, 6 months+ years of office experience, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Candidates will work each week onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9am – 6pm with one hour unpaid lunch break. Temp duration is one month with great potential to extend. Pay $19/hour.
