Are you an experienced Client Service Associate who is passionate about providing high-level client support in the wealth management industry? Our client, a boutique firm based in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a sharp CSA to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day activities of two Principals, including administrative tasks and supporting their client portfolios.
- Coordinate client intake meetings, including scheduling and follow-up action items.
- Handle all asset transfers, ACH payments, and account updates.
- Prepare and review client documents, gathering additional information as needed to ensure portfolio information is up-to-date and in compliance.
- Receive client calls and correspondence, serving as an immediate point-of-contact.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3+ years of client services experience are required; CSA internships count!
- Financial planning knowledge is preferred.
- Customer service attitude with strong oral/written communications.
- Tech-savvy with a desire to learn new systems and processes.
- Must be a collaborative team-player who is proactive and driven to provide high-level customer service to clients.
Position Information:
- $75K-$95K, dependent on years of experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

- Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bethesda, MD location (metro accessible!).
