Our client, an international non-profit labor organization, is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to support their team in Washington, DC for 3 months!
About the Job:
- Provide general administrative support to HR with regards to recruitment, offer letters, onboarding, and new employee orientations.
- Finalize highly confidential correspondence using discretion.
- Maintain calendars and manage scheduling of various training programs.
- Manages compliance trainings, posters, and records for various programs and all employees.
- General administration of human resources policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist with projects/programs and complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of true HR generalist experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and collective bargaining agreements are required.
- Proficient in UKG and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Information:
- Pays $32/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position, lasting 3 months.
- Starting ASAP!
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC
