Our client, a large-scale commercial real estate firm, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to support their office in downtown Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members.
- Handle meeting coordination, compile documents, and manage a filing system.
- Open and distribute incoming correspondence and deposit checks.
- Coordinate office reservations, catering requests, reconcile expenses, and handle printing needs.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of executive support experience is required.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Top-tier customer service skills and strong capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary from 5/15 through the end of August.
- Part-time for 20-30 hours/week.
- Flexible hours within 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
