Our client, an international investment firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support a super-fast paced team consisting of about 8-10 members (both junior and senior). This position will start on May 5th and go until June 23rd. The role is 4 days in office with flexibility on the 5th. The hours will be 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break). Pay rate up to $37.50 an hour.
Responsibilities:
– Scheduling and coordinating complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
– Managing the team’s calendars
– Handling expenses
– Booking travel (both domestic and international)
– Communicating by email with the firm’s clients
Qualifications:
– Experience supporting junior and senior members
– Experience working in fast pace and high-volume environments
– Finance background is strongly preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and a must in Concur
