Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive for the Global Head of Real Estate in NYC. The hours are from 8/8:30am-5/5:30pm five days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize emails and other documents, independently or based on executive direction
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with document retention and secure destruction policies
- Manage incoming calls for executives, responding to inquiries as appropriate
- Coordinate team initiatives and special projects on behalf of executives
- Perform research and proactive planning to support executive requests, activities, and ongoing tasks
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Finance experience is ideal
- Organized, detail-oriented, critical thinker
