Our client, a global leader in the video technology market, is seeking a dedicated Part Time Long Term Temporary Office Manager for their NYC team. This role is in office Monday through Thursday with working hours being from 9:30am-5:30am. The team of ~40 individuals is seeking a positive and friendly office manager to oversee their office and keep things running smoothly. The role pays up to $23/hr and starts ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors as they arrive to the office
- Tidying up overall office space
- Taking inventory of office supplies and making orders as needed
- Maintaining the kitchen space. This includes taking inventory of beverages/snacks and stocking as needed using Fresh Direct or Amazon
- Tending to the office appliances (printers, coffee machines, etc.) and putting in a work order with vendors as needed for repairs
- Helping with events planning as needed
- Ad hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an administrative position within a professional office environment, ideally in the technology industry
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is key
- Strong communicator
- Professional, friendly, proactive
