Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Banking Solutions team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for NY office staff, providing independent and professional support
- Coordinate administrative tasks including onboarding, equipment, access, and team or client events
- Manage complex calendars, travel planning, and expense reporting for senior team members
- Assess and resolve team requests efficiently while collaborating on projects and regulatory tasks
- Promote process improvements, support change, and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook)
- Experience using Slack, Webex, Adobe and Concur is required
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
