Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Institutional Sales team in their NYC office. The hours are 8/8:30am-5:30pm (flex to be accessible after hours) and this role is four days in the office with one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Book domestic travel arrangements-including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for client roadshows
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook
- Provide high-level sales support, including CRM data entry, tracking client interactions, and maintaining up-to-date records
- Prepare and submit expense reports and support travel logistics through Concur or similar platforms
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact, supporting relationship management and ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-7+ years of EA experience, ideally in finance or professional services
- Strong instincts and good judgement
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
