Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Head of Enterprise Risk in their NYC office. The hours are 8/8:30am-5:30pm (flex to be accessible after hours) and this role is four days in the office with one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain calendars using Outlook
- Manage a high volume of emails and professional correspondence
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Prepare and submit expense reports through Concur
- Support team events and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting
- Organize internal documentation, prepare presentations, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-7+ years of EA experience, ideally in finance or professional services
- Strong instincts and good judgement
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
