Our client, a well-established law firm located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Office Services Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will support the firm with administrative tasks as they prepare to renovate their Philadelphia office.
About You:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow directions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
About the Job:
- Assist with document purging projects and follow detailed team instructions
- Pack, label, and organize boxes for storage or relocation
- Move bins and office materials as needed and perform light shredding
- Support general office upkeep and organization
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Our client is seeking a professional with prior office experience to join their team and make an immediate impact. This is a contract position expected to run through early August, with the potential for extension.
