Our client, a private equity company located in NYC, is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York City. The hours are 9am-6pm with overtime as needed. They are currently on a hybrid schedule of four days in office and Fridays are remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support up to six team members with varying levels of need
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and communications
- Handle travel arrangements as needed
- Work in a fast-paced trading floor environment; stay resilient and adaptable
- Operate independently with minimal guidance; plug-and-play mindset essential
Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience as an admin assistant
- Strong ownership of responsibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in finance industry preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base plus paid overtime and bonus opportunity
