Our client, a family office, is seeking a Personal Assistant to add to their team in Miami and directly support their CEO. They are in office from 8am-6pm four days in office with one remote. This role will require flexibility after hours and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with personal staff, executive team and management companies
- Asist principal and spouse with errands, events and schedules
- Manage properties and projects, and oversee construction of homes
- Ad hoc Executive Assistant duties to keep CEO on track at all times
- Book domestic and international trips for groups up to 25
- Managing trips end to end including ideation, itinerary creation, booking, on-site management, financial reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PA experience supporting an UHNW individual
- Must have a passport and ability to travel internationally up to once a quarter
- 24/7 mentality
- Previous experience working for a family
- Must have experience supporting a C-level executive
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation/Benefits:
- $150k base plus bonus
