Our client, an organization focused on affordable housing, is seeking a temporary to permanent Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic growing team located just south of Baltimore, MD in Glen Burnie, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect units, ensure property condition compliance, and enter inspection data into systems.
- Enforce lease agreements and assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Liaise with both public and government agencies, and escort contractors.
- Process invoices, handle reporting, maintain files, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of property or housing experience are required.
- A TCS certification is required
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Information:
- $25/hr-$27/hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
- $57k-$70k, after converting to permanent.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
- Ability to work 100% on-site near Baltimore, MD.
