Our client, an expanding merchant bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Transactional team in their NYC office. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm five days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support to a team of lawyers
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Book light travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process and submit expenses
- Handle document signing and filing
- Screen calls on behalf of the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience out of professional services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Personable professional with a team player mentality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $130 base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
