Our client, a litigation law firm, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to support a broad range of business development and marketing initiatives across three offices. The hours are 9am-6pm with three to four days in the office and two to three days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of firmwide business development and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and track submissions for industry rankings and awards, in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing Specialist
- Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM database; track marketing activities, update case/matter information, and support content management
- Support planning and execution of client events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Prepare presentations, pitches, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Assist with new hire onboarding by drafting bios, coordinating headshots, and updating directories and databases
- Organize and update marketing collateral, attorney bios, and pitch materials
- Conduct research on prospective clients and competitive intelligence to support business development strategies
- Perform other administrative and strategic support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- 1+ of experience in marketing, business development, or content creation (law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (hands-on experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with event planning logistics and email marketing/web editing tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Up to $75k base plus bonus
