Our client, mission-oriented organization, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Columbia, MD team for 3 months!
Responsibilities
- Support the organization’s new initiatives.
- Educate existing clients about benefits and cost-saving options.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person communication with members.
- Build a rapport with members and answer any questions.
- Additional administrative tasks/support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service, outreach, or sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Position Information:
- $20/hr-$21/hr depending on experience.
- Starting ASAP and lasting 3 months.
- 100% on-site in Columbia, MD.
- Hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.
