We are seeking a proactive and driven Administrative Assistant to join a reputable manufacturing organization in Oakdale, PA. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company procedures.
- Serve as a central point of contact for customer order-related questions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Facilitate the billing process by preparing and distributing invoices via the ERP platform, with a focus on accuracy and payment tracking.
- Maintain well-organized logs of all pricing, transaction, and communication activities to support transparency and internal reporting.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, routing requests to appropriate team members and departments as needed.
- Contribute to daily office functions by helping coordinate logistics such as catering, office supply inventory, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
