Our client is a midtown NYC-based investment management firm with a 30+ year track record seeking a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant to help support their Client Services Team. The hours for this role at 9am-5pm with some flexibility as needed with a 4/1 in office schedule. This role is a great opportunity for emerging administrators looking to build their skills set in a tight knit office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management system with over 5,000 relationships
- Maintain client files and record-keeping system
- Data entry; email blasts; scanning documents
- Prepare correspondence
- Assist in assembling monthly & quarterly reports
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and assembling presentation packets
- Other general administrative support as requested
- Provide back up support to reception
- Provide additional support to firm as needed
Qualifications
- General understanding of the finance industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, including ability to answer phone/email client requests
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in high pressure settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- College degree preferred
Compensation
- 50-65K, hourly in line + discretionary bonus
