A respected real estate firm in Brighton, MA is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support its Chairman in a full-time, onsite capacity. This temp-to-perm position offers $40-$45/hour depending on experience. The role’s hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This family-owned business is recognized for excellence in property development and management across Greater Boston.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, communications, and daily priorities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a dynamic, confidential setting.
- Draft and edit correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate travel.
- Act as liaison for Board activities and high-level stakeholders.
- Handle personal logistics including vacation home coordination and vehicle registrations.
- Organize meetings, set agendas, and manage follow-ups with discretion and efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong academic and professional track record.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a high-level administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work proactively in fast-paced settings.
- Willingness to handle a wide range of tasks with a professional and positive attitude.
