Our client, an international organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Benefits Specialist to support their organization for 3 months!
About the Job:
- Rectify leave discrepancies such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
- Collaborate with payroll to implement retroactive adjustments accurately.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in leave administration.
- Efficient leave management and payroll coordination.
- Complete other requests and duties as assigned.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of benefits or HR experience are required.
- Proficient in ADP software and 457(b) plan knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant human resource and leave laws/regulations.
- Detailed self-starter with the ability to multitask.
About the Position:
- $33/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months.
- On-site once a month in Washington, DC.
