Our client, an industry leader in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, is seeking their next Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to become a key member of their dynamic HR team. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
About You:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Internship or co-op experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
About the Job:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation
- Assist with recruitment efforts: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HR databases, reports, and systems with accuracy and confidentiality
