A prominent law firm in Pittsburgh is hiring a dependable Legal Administrative Assistant to support its legal team! This role is vital to maintaining efficient workflow and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and meticulous in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and proofread various legal and administrative documents.
- Handle document duplication, binding, and preparation of physical materials as needed.
- Manage physical and electronic client files, including scanning, saving, and organizing documents in a digital filing system.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Enter daily attorney and paralegal time into the billing system.
- Maintain and update the client contact database.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate with vendors for services.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of legal administrative experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to keep information secure and confidential
- Estate planning experience – a plus!
