Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls and installations.
- Efficiently dispatch technicians according to customer proximity.
- Follow up with technicians after service calls.
- Helps to monitor and address email escalations.
- Forecast upcoming workload per day and per week.
- Coordinate the delivery and return of equipment for technicians.
- Provide service and install support.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
- Prior experience in dispatching or logistics
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Desire to work in a team oriented environment
