Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team in Arlington, VA for 2-3 months, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
* Open the reception area, handle the visitor log, and maintain the office cleaning schedule.
* Maintain filing systems, distribute records, and print and bind documents.
* Assign office space to visitors and co
* +ordinate conference room scheduling.
* Provide other administrative and office services support as required.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of reception experience is required, preferably at a professional services firm.
* Strong MS office skills.
* Ability to provide top-notch customer service.
* Personable and professional with a collaborative nature!
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Position Information:
* $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
* Hours are 8am-5pm.
* Starting ASAP!
* 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
